This review saddens me greatly. I have worked Tirelessly to uphold my character as a human being and professional in the Real Estate industry. The reviewer has never been a client of mine nor have I sold their home in my career of being a realtor. I pride myself on knowing my sellers and buyers and have come to call many of them friends. This review was also linked to my Face Book page and I was able to determine that their profile picture is that of a famous actor named Fred Tuttle that passed away in 2003. It is a fake review and I am more disappointed with Zillow for their lack of response to my numerous attempts to remove this. When we list a home a market analysis is conducted along with a listing agreement. The seller is always involved in this process. There is no way to sell a home under market value without the written consent of a home seller. We also have been in a "Sellers market" for several years now. 2020-21 has been an historically high sellers market as many will attest to. These claims and this review is fake. Im not sure who this individual is but they are hiding behind a fake identity and I only wish that if this was real I would be afforded the opportunity to correct this situation however it is impossible because their identity is not factual. I hope any viewer will read the other reviews and formulate their opinion from them. Thank you for your time.
