I was excited for you (not gun ho) when we received 5 offers above asking price in less than 48 hrs AFTER you listed with 2 other agents. You explained that the others did NOTHING and that I “got the job done.” Video review on YouTube is from your response. VIDEO: https://youtu.be/tLcHjg5ZUvw When the contract fell through, your temper was past normal so I gave you space, but I was speaking with multiple agents that had offered in the process letting them know the contract fell and trying to figure out with one specifically “Laurie” how we can make it work. You insisted on listing your home 10,000 above market value which I explained wouldn’t be a good idea (so it didn’t appraise). The earnest money was requested for release 2 days prior to please sign as my broker was in his office waiting to sign so he could leave for a business trip. Overall, I’m sorry that our misunderstanding happened, but I’m not sorry in making sure I worked in your best favor in all situations.
