I’d like to clarify a few key points to provide context for others reviewing this interaction. Throughout your interest in the property at 2566 Pacific Highlands, we received and responded to each of your offers in a timely and respectful manner. After your initial offer, a counter was extended but ultimately declined. A second offer was reviewed and declined shortly after it was received as it did not aline with my sellers needs. Your third offer was carefully considered after reviewing listing photos and questioning list price etc; however, due to the contingent nature of the offer and your home not yet being listed for sale, my clients felt it posed too much risk. Once there was indication that your home might be under contract, we communicated that the sellers would be open to revisiting an offer under those conditions. I understand how emotionally involved and fast-moving the home buying process can be, and I always strive to communicate clearly and professionally with all parties. Once I communicate with an agent after an offer review it is outside of my control how our responses get delivered.
