I am sorry you had a bad experience.I know your mad because my client got his earnest money back.I couldn't speak with you on the phone because you had a different agent representing you.As you know my client was fully approved but you never signed any extension that's why we got our money back.I think everyone knows i don't get payed if the deal doesn't closes why wouldn't I do everything possible to get this deal done.My client is very happy in his new home.
