This buyer's experience is NOT typical. Not even close. I'm not even sure if I was his agent. I usually ignore calls for days and weeks at a time, treat my customers and clients like dirt and really - I have no clue what I'm doing - I just wing everything and hope for the best. You know - throw it up against the wall and see what sticks. Sure I help buyers buy and help sellers list and sell homes - by accident (!!!) - most of the time I'm just messing around and causing problems. Bottom line - I'm clueless. Best to stay away from me at all costs. By the way jrlbeale1 - that $20 is in the mail to you for this review. ;)
