Born and raised in Clearwater, Florida, Dustin spent a lot of time volunteering at a local marine facility that his father co-founded and dirtected for 25 years, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. This inspired Dustin to go on and attend the University of South Florida and earn a bachelor's of science degree in biology.
