    I would like to start by expressing my sincere apologies that your experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us, and I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We strive to be as transparent and fair as possible in all our transactions. The office I work with is a transactional broker, our goal is to ensure a balanced and equitable process for both parties involved. The home was initially listed at $200k, and the seller chose to accept your offer, which provided an immediate discount from the list price. The contract you agreed upon was an "as-is" contract, allowing you a 15-day inspection period. During this time, the seller graciously agreed to your repair requests, which included a credit for an A/C unit, a new electrical panel, and the replacement of a ceiling. Additionally, the seller replaced another ceiling out of goodwill. Some factors were beyond my control, such as the seller's need to extend the closing date due to his demanding work schedule and the subsequent request for post-occupancy, both of which were denied. These situations led to delays with the drywall work, as the seller's belongings in the master bedroom created liability issues for the workers. Despite these challenges, I did my utmost to address the issues brought to my attention and to facilitate communication with the seller to find resolutions. I regret any inconvenience this may have caused and assure you that I always strive to provide the best possible service. Thank you for your understanding and for providing valuable feedback that helps us improve our services.
