I apologize for any confusion regarding the communication between myself and the landlord during your leasing process. Our priority is always to provide accurate and consistent information to ensure a smooth transaction. Once a lease is signed by both parties and the deposit is paid, the rental agreement is considered legally binding and the transaction is typically completed. Any subsequent inquiries or discussions typically do not affect the completed status of the lease agreement. Regarding the lease cancellation, landlords may make decisions based on various factors, including their comfort level with prospective tenants. While this decision is ultimately at the landlord's discretion, I understand this can be disappointing. We strive to ensure a positive experience for all our clients and regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
