I believe the purchase or sale of a home should be seen as an enjoyable process. The process can certainly come with its own set of challenges (and the occasional hiccup), but when people are give all the facts and they work with a realtor whose focus is on providing excellent service, value, and expertise along the way,  then "stressful" will not be the word used to describe what really is an exciting and enjoyable experience!
