I am very sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied. Your property that you purchased presented a lot of challenges because the sellers were very difficult to deal with and there was 60 days occupancy. The inspection was performed and scheduled on a day when I was out of town, and you were well aware of this when it was scheduled. I pride myself on really trying to help my buyers in every aspect of the transaction, but in this situation there was nothing more that I could do. Everything was great at the closing table, both buyers and sellers were happy, unfortunately when sellers moved out they didn't leave house in great condition. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

I would refer him to anyone I know buying a house. He was very honest, polite, and always there when I had a question as a First time Home buyer.
