Helped me rent a Single Family home in South hills, Charleston, WV.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsI rented a property as an out of state tenant. Gavin acted as the property manager and did not return the security deposit on satisfactory completion of the contract and would not return phone calls regarding the matter.
