Diane, I did not renew your lease when the lease expired. You were running a catering business out of a "residential use only" property and were calling to complain about the plumbing backing up almost on a monthly basis. You also seemed to have a lot of company staying at this one bedroom, one bath rental property. You routinely called on the weekends complaining about the plumbing; stating that you had company there and that you were expecting a plumber to arrive immediately. You became more and more hateful every time you contacted me or someone in my office. I finally told your partner that he needed to contact me about issues in an effort to improve our communication. Yes, your rent was increased since it was on a month-to-month basis. I have since gotten another renter into this property and they have been there for several months now. Not once have they had an issue with the plumbing backing up since occupying the property. I hope this finds you doing well and in another rental that suits your needs.
