Helped me rent a home in NV 89149.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsDO NOT GO THROUGH GENESIS REALTY!! Will not respond to requests to have properties fixed and his staff is incredibly rude. They will not give evidence if they claim you owe more money than the rent like HOA fines. Tenants beware!!
