Good morning, I am sorry you are displeased. I have not advertised in this zip code for quite sometime. When did you originally reach out to inquiry about a property? Our standard procedure is to email, text and call within 3 minutes of the initial inquiry. You inquired about a pre-foreclosure/foreclosure under the blue dot section of Zillow. This section of Zillow demonstrates homes that are in some stage of the preforclosure/foreclsoure process and many often never come up for sale. Once the home has been officially foreclosed upon there is no way of knowing when the bank will release that asset for sale.
