There were a lot of factors that are involved including the market, your budget, locations, etc…We’ve worked very hard to find your home for the last 5 months, I’ve been working with you since November 2020 exploring all options including a lease to own program that didn’t prove successful due to your budget. I understand that you are upset and I don’t blame you for feeling the way you do. It’s been tough not being able to find you your dream home during these unfamiliar and challenging times. Despite the best efforts on your part and mine, we were not successful. I wish you nothing but the best!
