Hello Maria, While I understand this was a frustrating situation for you, I feel it’s important to clarify a few points for those reading this review. I represented the landlord in this lease - not you or your partner - and my role was strictly limited to assisting with the re-rental process after you both chose to terminate the lease early. All decisions regarding the return of the deposit and any penalties were solely the landlord’s and were based on the lease terms your partner and you subsequently agreed to and signed. I maintained professional and respectful communication with your partner via email, text, and WhatsApp, all of which is documented. You may not have been privy to those exchanges, which could explain some of the misinformation reflected in your review. Although I was not your agent, I extended courtesy and transparency throughout the process. When your initial review included false and damaging claims, I was forced to engage legal counsel and issue a formal cease-and-desist. While your review was later edited, it still contains inaccuracies and a one-star rating that do not reflect my actions or conduct. I take great pride in offering fair, honest, and professional service to every client and transaction I’m involved in.
