Unfortunately, some people post negative reviews as an attempt to extort a business owner to change a policy or an outcome despite the fact that all legal procedures were followed. We hope that anyone reading something online considers this fact and recognizes that a property manager may not be able to please the tenant because their job is to protect the owner and follow the law.

I have an Apartment Complex I manage at 610 N 4th Ave, which has 10 Units. It may seem I take it off the market and re-list them. I list a Unit when it becomes available and only take it off market once it has been leased. Also, looking at my phone records, I did not get any voicemails or text messages from you.
