I rent and manage dozens of properties every year. Everyone, who is reasonable and wants to be fair, considers that I am nice and fair. I understand Brandy, this reviewer, desperately wanted this property, because their kids were in the same school, at least that what she told me, but simply did not have enough credit. bad mouth here to try to get even. I am happy that the landlord made correct decision that we did not rent to her. If your credit is below 600, especially low due to irresponsible behavior, please avoid my rental; if you are a reliable person, even you have no credit, do not worry, we will provide the best service you can imagine. Unfortunately, we are able to approve only one out of many applications for every house.
