OUR CLIENTS ARE #1! Coastal Homes Realty & Joan Horn DO NOT charge any fees to buyers or sellers. Period. NO JUNK FEES! NO TRANSACTION FEES! NO KICKBACKS! Joan Horn has sold over $250 million in Jacksonville real estate and continues to receive 5 STAR RATINGS from all of the clients she personally represents in a transaction. In this very hot market, we regularly receive multiple offers on homes. All offers are always presented to all sellers. Often times, a buyer that does not win the bidding war is angry. I don’t know who wrote this review. I suspect it is from a buyer that lost in a bidding war. Since I do not charge any fees to buyers, or sellers for that matter, this is either a case of mistaken identity or a flat out lie. In any event, I am glad they were able to find a home they liked.
