While I regret the owner of this property was not satisfied with the services provided by TuggleHouse Properties, LLC their comments are misleading to say the least. We treat our tenants fairly and in some instances tenants cannot pay their rent on the specific due date. This tenant was an over the road truck driver who at times was rerouted and not home to pay the rent on the first. Each action taken with property was not communicated immediately to the owner. We are hired to manage and that is what we did. The home was well maintained through out the management agreement. The owners desire was to have their property managed in a particular way, outside of the management agreement and standard practices. In the end, we terminated the agreement with the owners and turned over the very qualified tenant without any of the fees owed on the property. We maintain above a 99.5% success rate with our tenants and properties.
