I later moved back to Iowa and was in charge of sales, marketing and design as well as day to day operations pertaining to customer relations for a large local home builder. Sold a Single Family home in 2016 in Ankeny, IA.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsJulie was unprofessional. She showed up to my closing late and without the proper paperwork. She failed to inform me when people would be viewing my house and other things that I asked her to on multiple occasions.
