My career began as an estate agent in 2000. In 2003, I launched my own brokerage and soon after expanded into Business and Real Estate Investment and Financing.

My first investment was an eight-unit apartment block purchased with the bank's money. Since then, however, the majority of my 450+ property transaction (those where i acquired the properties myself) have been structured using creative financing.
