I first arrived on Maui in 1999 and fell in love with the islands immediately and continued to visit several times a year. Having been a native of Otis Orchards Washington in the Pacific Northwest, the climate here was a refreshing change from the cold and snowy winters of Eastern Washington. Although beautiful, I longed for a consistently warmer climate. I raised four children and have 6 beautiful grandchildren.
