These young first time buyers were just great kids. I met their parents and just got to know everyone including a dog named "Gracie". We saw lots of homes before a decision was made to purchase. House needed some exterior painting for the mortgage and I was there painting and glazing windows with them. I do go all out for my clients, and this is the first time I sat and had a beer with my client after settlement! I will keep holding their hands forever. They know if they have an issue, I am there to assist with a resolve. Kathy

I absolutely love all my clients. I never stop holding their hands. This family was a relocation from NJ, knew nothing about the area, or what activities were offered. They have 2 young boys and I kept them informed nearly every month. They are happy in their new beautiful home, and I bring gifts quarterly to them, answer any concerns, and just keep holding their hand. Kathy
