    She wasn't a really knowledgeable about the area I was looking to live in but said she was. Showed up late to a couple of our appointments which is very unacceptable. She was a great host. I pretty much found my own house.

    This customer called me stressed out and frustrated because her previous real estate agent started avoiding them. I wasn't knowledgeable about the area or the program they used to buy. I was a new agent starting out in Georgia. Wanting to perform my duties, I was patient, showed them numerous properties. Other agents passed on them; now I could see why. I was late to probably EVERY appointment that you scheduled last minute during rush hour after work. Every buyer should ultimately search in locations they are familiar with and want to be, and choose their own house. The agent is available to do due diligence, opened the door, negotiated and close to the deal. The ungrateful attitude of entitlement and the husband's stiff demeanor was just bitter for no reason. The ultimate: They spent $700+ on a house warming party I was not even invited to and expected me to reimburse them for it. I'm sorry, my house warming parties don't work that way.

    Keisha was fantastic and always listened to my husband and I before making recommendations and with all of her hard work and dedication we were able to get our home in two weeks time with minimal down time. She is absolutely the best.

    Being international clients who only flew in to meet me and buy a house, I had to make sure this adorable couple used their time wisely and saw the best options available. Communication was great. Their attitude was awesome and to this day we remain great friends. You arrived, we went under contract the next day and closed in 2 weeks, and everyone was happy. It was truly a memorable and pleasant experience working with you both. Thanks again for choosing me as your REALTOR.
