This purchase of this home required cash or a rehab loan. I gave this buyer the name of a lender who does rehab loans and he did call the lender, but refused to let him run his credit in order to provide a preapproval. We cannot submit an offer without a preapproval which I told this buyer. The listing did have a date to submit all offers and since buyer did not get his preapproval we were not able to submit an offer.
