He scheduled a showing for me at a house and he did not even show up. Even though I told him on a couple of ocassions the type of property I was looking for, it seemed like it went in one ear and out the other.

I am sorry bradmete was not satisfied with my work. In fact, there were scheduling problems in 2012 with showing requests. I have resolved the issue by formulating The Prime Team, which consists of two buyer's agents, one listing coordinator, one transaction coordinator, and an office manager. We now conduct thorough buyer's consultations to assure we find properties that match buyer's criteria.
