I take great pride in representing my clients with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to their best interests. Unfortunately, this review misrepresents the facts of the transaction. The closing timeline was agreed upon and documented, with all parties—including legal representatives—fully aware of the terms. At no point was any information withheld, nor was there any coercion involved. This was a complex transaction with unique conditions, and I worked diligently to ensure it remained on track, despite significant challenges. It’s worth noting that I was the third Realtor who attempted to assist Mr. Mainolfi in selling his home, as previous agents were unable to work with him. If needed, all other parties involved in the transaction can attest that Mr. Mainolfi was the primary source of issues throughout the process. ? It is disheartening to see this false portrayal of events. I always prioritize my clients' success and have a strong track record of guiding them through transactions smoothly. However, real estate transactions require cooperation and professionalism from all parties involved. I regret that Mr. Mainolfi feels this way, but the facts do not support his claims.

Very unfortunate situation. Discovered mold in condo during walk through. A/C broke a week before and air was not circulating properly, which caused the issue. Landlord remedied situation professionally immediately. Ms. Petkus cleaned the condo & moved her personal items in the condo, after mold was found. Then she found another condo she preferred (not mold free certified) & wanted out of the agreement. Landlord tried to make Ms. Petkus happy by offering a credit of $1,750 to stay in a now "certified mold free" condo. Ms Petkus refused and became disgruntled & rude. Landlord then tried 3 TIMES to refund her deposit. She wanted to speak to her attorney to see if she could extort Landlord for more money. She said she may be feeling ill from having been inside the condo a few hours. When she realized she could not, she got very frustrated and accepted her money back....and here we are! It is evident that my clients dodged a bullet by not renting their property to this person.
