Took a week to respond to my request and did not send pictures as I had requested. My family and I were going to relocate to Pensacola. Because of rhis agents delay we chose another city.

I deeply apologize for dropping the ball on your request, and you are correct I have a very full plate both professionally and I take care of my 91 year old mother, but I work constantly, and try my hardest to keep up with everything. I very much meant to get back to you and again I am so sorry I let you slip through the cracks. I wish you would have reached out to me and let me know you were waiting on me. I have had a tremendous amount of folks lately stating they are moving here, possibly but are considering other areas, often in other states even and quite a few decide on other areas. I would hope that you are very happy in the location that you did choose and especially since you feel I am responsible for your choice that it turns out to be a blessing for you.

I am very sorry that someone feels I let them down< I get a lot of email inquiries, I respond to all emails from customers, all of them. I have customers in all kinds of price categories, every one needs a house. I was out of town for my birthday. But their isn't anybody that I do not respond to. I answer plenty of questions via email that I never get a response to, and that I realize is going to happen. I just made a long search through my emails to see if I could find any that I neglected to get back to and I came up with nothing. I don't know what happened but I am sorry you felt I didn't want to help you. Anyone that knows me, would know how hard I do work, how very much I care deeply about all of my customers, so I cannot explain what could happened in this instance, particularly since I don't really have any details to go on here, but my apologies anyway to whomever felt I neglected them.
