The tenants constructed without consent, a wooden chicken coop and filled it with chickens. The female tenant was rude to me as well as the painters I had hired to paint the exterior of the house. They also nailed up particle board to the top of an already 6' high wooden fence, again without asking. I have a management company handling this rental, and I am sure they only rented from me for a couple of years. Landlords and owners beware of this couple.
