    Hello Sunil, I am quite surprised to see this review from you since your father-in-law was actually the buyer and not you. I have been in real estate for almost 20 years representing buyers and sellers and you are the only negative review I have received. Throughout the entirety of this transaction, I represented and looked out for the best interest of the buyer. Your claims that I did not do so are not factual as I was available and responsive to all of the buyer's requests at all times. I met with the buyer at the property countless times as well as opened the property on multiple occasions so the designer and elevator installer could get measurements. I never force any of my clients to sign anything they do not feel comfortable with. It is clear as though you are upset at the commission I earned since on multiple occasions during the transaction you mentioned that since I was representing both sides I was making a big commission. I purchased a $700 piece of furniture for the buyer which he really liked. After I did so you still insisted that you deserve more gifts or reimbursements because I was representing both sides. It is unfortunate that you were expecting some sort of monetary gain from my commission for having me represent both buyer and seller but that is not how I conduct my business.
