Thank you, for your trust in me to help you guys sell your home. There was so many support systems that came into play to help this move along. The fact that it was a VA loan was only the tip of the ice burg - the other part was one of the buyers was deployed to the middle east during the middle of it all. What came out of this, however, was a community of support that worked toward this successful end - from the mortgage broker, inspector, VA appraiser, the buyer's agent, your network of friends here in Oregon, the buyer, and, of course, you two. I appreciate everyone's efforts and their ability to think outside the box to support both sides of this transaction. It touches my heart that you have been able to sell your home and that a new young family, with one of the parents serving our country, have the home of their dreams.
