I asked several questions, sent several emails and never got answers to my questions or concerns.... A more active response time and accurate would have helped me in my search for a new home.

I'm sorry that you feel as if I have not responded to you but in checking both my Zillow "dashboard" and my personal e mails, I have no record of ever being contacted by anyone with your e mail address.
