**THIS IS A FAKE REVIEW** This criticism is deceptive at best. There is not one grain of truthful information within this review, including the name of the person on here asserting themselves to be the owner of this house. I have nothing additional to point out, except for complete rejection and total disbelief that someone would write a false, and harmful review. Durante & Rich Real Estate takes maintenance issues, and emergency maintenance issues seriously. Matt Bonnes is the District Manager who is responsible for advertising a property and placing a tenant. Durante & Rich Real Estate offers our homeowners a full and complete office staff who will assist with the administrative review process, resident day to day communication, maintenance management, rent collection, and other countless responsibilities.
