Good Afternoon Katherine, Unfortunately, you failed to provide the necessary documents and steps needed to complete your application and secured this home. We requested these several times yet you were only able to provide complete documents nearly 6 months old. Unfortunately, this was not sufficient and as a courtesy to you, the application fee was refunded even though you were explained several times that the application fee was nonrefundable and your background and application was run. You were also explained that on the listing the next steps are outlined there and to check with your real estate agent you worked with. Various length conversations were spent with you answering your numerous questions as well. Additionally, please also remember that we went out of our way to accommodate your immediate move in needed, which also created a urgency to meet your requests. You also disclosed - after applying - that you needed to obtain various business licenses to operate a business out of the residence. As you can see, we had attempted to accommodate your application, but unfortunately it was not successful.

Hi Lauren, Once again, your lease had all the information regarding an early lease termination, which you did. You decided to purchase a home. We're very glad you purchased your own home as that's definitely not an easy feat. However, not once did we state any terms of your contract would be waived. You then continued to change the version of your story as you would call and say someone told you over the phone, email, in person, etc, then when asked who, you would say different people. Your previous review on another website was responded to with all of the same information we told you over the phone. However, for some reason it's not clear to you and you decide to leave a poor review due to your own misunderstanding. Once again, our leases are very lengthy as they often reiterate previous concepts to ensure tenants understand. If you didn't understand, you could've asked a question, or if you needed a translator, you could've hired one. We even include this on the leases as well.
