I'm sorry that you felt this way about our experience. I was not two hours late, I accommodated you the same day you called after you canceled the previous appointment. Now as for the second matter of the "ghetto" it is against my regulations to steer you away from certain areas due to the fact that some people don't see that as the "ghetto" and to not be prejudice. You were looking at a community that more than 50% of the owners were investors, therefore conventional loan was the only loan you could do with a 20% down. Now as to what I see as the worst part of this review is "the uneducated and can barely put a sentence together". Those are assumptions and quite frankly very unfair and rude. I am bilingual for customers who might not speak English, however I speak very well English. Due to your inaccurate statements and opinions, I didn't think it would be right to ignore them since everyone has a right to defend themselves. I wish you the best in finding your new home.
