Thank you for your review Alex Benitez. First of all, my service for you was totally free. I never charged you any fee. You paid directly the credit check website to check your credit – which you got to keep. That was not a fee I collected, and a credit report is required with any offer. The apartment you selected unfortunately only allow cat and they were not willing to accept your two dogs. I have no control over what they will or will not allow. Again – I’m very sorry that this particular unit did not work out for you and I wish you the best.
