Both the lender and myself have documentation to show that the buyer was fully informed of the numbers, contingencies, risks and how any changes to an offer or contract would affect them PRIOR to their signing of anything. They were given information concerning pros and cons of using the DPA funds as well as eligibility requirements for them by the lender during the pre-approval process and again at time of offer and amendment to contract. Everything in the loan approval and purchase process was done with buyers informed consent. There are multiple blatant lies in this review and it could be construed as libel. Not only myself and the lender but also my team and even the listing agent have done everything we could to try and help these clients.
