Rachel, I'm sorry that you are so unhappy with your home. My goal is for every person that I help find a home loves it. Thank you for the feedback. I should have better explained the home buying process so there was more comfort in how Due Diligence money works and why we verify it the way that we do. In the future I will always suggest getting the home professionally cleaned before moving in and negotiate for this to be done by the sellers after they have moved out. I hope that you will see the value of the beautiful home you purchased that resides in both a very safe neighborhood and the most desired school district in the city while also saving $5,000 off the purchase price and getting the repairs that were most important to you done.
