I sent this client several properties over several weeks with a very Limited price range for what he was seeking. I went to preview properties prior to his visit and took pictures and sent them to him, he also put an offer in on property that we found so I am confused as to why he would say nothing fit his criteria. Unfortunately they did not qualify with the type of loan that they were obtaining. Last contact client was going to see about changing the loan type and never got back to me so again I am quite perplexed and a little perturbed given the amount of work I put into this client. I do hope that he is able to find what he was looking for and I am sorry that his memory of our search is so very different from what was expressed to me at the time. It is not the easiest thing in the world to find a pet friendly single-family home or townhouse under 80,000 dollars in a good neighborhood in West Palm Beach but I tried my darndest.
