The apartment was not guaranteed to you as you never made a deposit to hold the apartment - despite multiple requests. We let you know the apartment was in high demand and we needed to move on to the next applicant at the landlord's request. I did not take a Broker fee for this transaction so that is a false assumption on your part and stating it as fact is libel. We stopped taking your calls when you became belligerent and there was nothing left to be said. You did not do what was requested of you to secure the apartment.
