Facts absent in this review: 1. All communication is documented. While it was not saying what was sought, we are the messenger..not the message. 2. Communication discrepancies began when as the buyer (represented by another boker/company) made repair requests, which were refused. 3. After we wished the client the best and we terminated the listing, we put together an agent with interested buyer who ulitimately purchased the property. 4. Our next sale in this same communuty breaks every sales record that existed.
