Melissa I am sorry you did not feel appreciated. I always try to go above and beyond for all my clients and of course I appreciate the business. I did take all your concerns seriously, but there is a process and contract to follow. We needed to wait until the seller confirmed they did the work and since you were getting a re-inspection, the right time to ask the seller to do anything was after that re-inspection. We did get everything corrected and all your concerns addressed. Unfortunately I was at a family funeral at time of your closing, but I did arrange for my managing broker to attend the closing on my behalf and was even available for your calls that day. I hope you enjoy your home and if you would like to discuss this further, I would be more than happy to at any time.
