We connected, but it did not work out. I consider this treatment highly unprofessional

Hello Audrey, I am so sorry you were disappointed that the unit rented before you could see it. However, I hope you'll take another look at our email exchanges. I responded to your request for info on this property within 2 minutes of your email being sent. Your message arrived 8/13/18, 10:33 am. My reply was sent 8/13/18, 10:35 am. Our appointment was set for within 48 hours. Unfortunately, an applicant from the week before was approved the morning of our scheduled appointment. I called to make you aware so as not to waste your time viewing a property that could no longer be rented immediately upon hearing the news. My goal is to be upfront and honest with everyone I work with and I am very sorry you were frustrated by your experience. The Naples rental market is so competitive right now that I'm sure it can be difficult to find the right new home. I will keep my eyes peeled for any similar options in the area and will reach out in hopes of earning your confidence in the future.
