Dear Mrs. Blougouras, I am sorry that you feel this way. Just to confirm I was the listing Broker, and you were working with another agent, from another Broker, so as you stated that I was helping you to find a rental, this was not accurate information. However, the final decision is up to the owner and not the listing agent nor the Property Manager but the Landlord. I am a professional and I hold my reputation in high regard. I am sorry that this did not turn out and I do wish you all the best. I hope that you manage to find something that works for you. My deepest apologies with the communications and that for some reason you did not receive my email. It was sent out the same day that we received the letter from your doctor , however in the interim another application did get submitted through our online system.
