I'm disappointed you were not completely satisfied with my service. As your closing date approached, the house was still full of your personal items. I cleaned out closets, cupboards, drawers, the laundry room & the garage. On the day of closing, I paid to have four loads of debris taken to the dump & paid to have the house cleaned. As I explained to your husband, the appraiser called out work orders that were necessary to be completed in order for the buyers to close. I contacted a contractor who was able to do the repairs immediately so as not to hold up your closing. I'm sorry your husband did not communicate this information to you. I'm not clear why you would say my negotiation skills were lacking when you got a full price offer in a very short time. If this is regarding the work orders, there was no choice but to do them, whether for these buyers or another buyer. I wish you and your family all the best.
