Sadly, this review is based on personal retaliation, not fact. I helped this person purchase a home in North GA, but did not sell her home in FL. This was a former “friend” who I let live my home rent-free for months during her transition. I have all of the communications contract papers, etc, free of supposed "mistakes,” proving my timeliness and attention to detail. The delays she had were with her lending process, and the seller occupying/ moving out of the home. It’s a shame someone who I extended nothing but kindness to has decided to leave such a nasty review. I believe it’s due to her allegiance to my EX, after we split, because she stood to benefit from his free labor service. She used our "friendship" as long as I had something to offer, which shows the kind of person she is, and not the kind of Realtor I am.
