Response from Not Valid on 1/21/2015

I apologize if you feel you did not receive top quality service. There was a misunderstanding regarding my compensation, due to an oversight on my part when the seller’s agent drafted the P&S, so I graciously accepted the 2.5%, without incident. However, upon receiving my bill I was called a tyrant, arrogant snot, and threatened not to get paid at all stating, "we'll see how this ends", in retaliation for an unrelated quarrel regarding an HVAC pricing proposal with my family member. To maintain professionalism, my reply was that I would still see through the transaction collecting the smoke certificate, and attend the closing. Although you and your girlfriend signed closing paperwork in advance remotely, I did in fact attend the closing with your attorney, and notified you once we were on record. I wish we could have talked this through before the closing, without the personal attacks. I truly enjoyed working with you up until the day before closing. I wish you the best.
