I’m sorry you feel this way. You got the property for $21K less because I held the seller accountable when they couldn’t meet your timeline. If not replying to texts at 12:30 AM made me seem unresponsive, I stand by maintaining healthy boundaries—I was always prompt during business hours. As for bringing in my manager, that was to protect your interests, not breach your trust. At the end of the day, I showed up, got the job done, and got you results.
