This is a lying/ slandering review. Tenant failed to pay last month rent and upon contacting her, she wanted to use deposit as last month rent to which I informed her is ILLEGAL. She was informed that eviction will be filed. Then stopped responding. Reason for not renewing was that she wouldn't stop smoking marijuana inside of the property. As for me coming over constantly, I went over 2x in a span of a year upon her requests. Once to replace kitchen faucet and second time to replace leaking water heater. If she had paid the last month rent and cleaned the home, she'd get most of the deposit back $2775 not $3000. Judge ruled the eviction in my favor. I also wish I can post pictures of how clean she left the home.
